Charles Benefield | Managing Partner
Charles is a managing partner of Vista Peaks Multifamily Partners. He worked for five years as an independent operator of an Avis Rent a Car franchise. After having some success with single family flips, Charles shifted into multifamily real estate as a way to expand his portfolio. He always knew that multifamily apartments were a great investment because of the benefits it provides to its tenants and investors. His goals are to retire his parents and travel the world, while proving a reputation of integrity and work ethic that goes above and beyond for his investors and business partners. Charles lives in Lagrange, Georgia just south of Atlanta. He enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Benjamin Purcella | Managing Partner
Benjamin is a managing partner for Vista Peaks Multifamily Partners. He worked managing a public works contract for a local municipality outside Atlanta. Benjamin specializes in the role of market research and acquisition. He loves the reality of finding emerging markets, benefiting communities and bringing returns on his teams investments. Providing the resources to fulfill his loved one's dreams and building a team with partnerships that last a lifetime are his priorities. Benjamin lives in Duluth, Georgia. He is a husband and a musician.
Greg Benefield| Managing Partner
Greg is a managing partner of Vista Peaks Multifamily Partners. Greg has worked in multiple industries including sales, professional automotive detailing, automotive upholstery, and as an operating partner of an Avis Rent a Car franchise. While initially beginning his real estate career with single family flips, Greg moved into the multifamily space because of its many benefits. Greg's mission is to use his multifamily real estate business model to not only improve the quality of life for the tenants in his apartment communities, but for the lives of his family and friends as well. Greg lives south of Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and two children. Being a great husband and father are what he enjoys most in life.
Andrew Riad | Managing Partner
Andrew is a managing partner of Vista Peaks Multifamily Partners. He has experience day trading in the foreign exchange market and futures market. Additionally, Andrew's marketing and networking skills allow him to expand his influence and work with successful people extensively. With the intention of diversifying his income, accumulating assets, and building long term wealth, Andrew shifted into multifamily real estate acquiring properties alongside his partners. His aptitude for networking and communicating with people has aided in his success to syndicate funds from investors for properties. Andrew resides in McDonough Georgia, located just south of Atlanta. His efforts to grow his multifamily portfolio stretches far beyond materialism and is aimed towards providing generational wealth and economic prosperity for his parents and loved ones.
